Booking & Reservation Terms
A booking or token amount reserves a specific house or plot for you for the agreed period, subject to availability and document verification at the time of confirmation. Reservations are handled on a first-confirmed basis — an enquiry or site visit alone does not hold a property. Every confirmed booking is followed by written confirmation stating the property details, agreed price and the balance payment timeline.
Payment Plan Policies
Where a payment plan applies, the installment schedule shared in your allotment confirmation is binding: installments are due on or before their due dates, and delayed payments may attract a surcharge as stated in your agreement. Part-payments are adjusted against the oldest outstanding dues first. Any change to a payment plan is valid only when confirmed in writing by both parties.
Cancellation & Refund Policy
Cancellations must be requested in writing. Token amounts are non-refundable once a booking is confirmed, and cancellations after partial payment are settled after deducting documented processing and administrative charges. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment mode within 30 working days of written approval. Completed transfers and registered properties are not eligible for refunds under this policy.
Possession Timeline Disclaimer
Possession timelines shared on this Website are indicative and depend on the pace of development, utility connections and authority clearances. Possession is handed over block-wise as areas are completed, and we accept no liability for delays arising from development schedules, regulatory processes or force majeure events. Always confirm the current possession status of your specific block before making plans.
